If you are over 40 years old then you need to complete all the necessary test laboratories which include fasting blood sugar, chest x-ray, count (CBC), anti HIV, kidney and liver function test, and electrocardiogram (EKG). Tell your surgeon the preferred time that you wanted to take the surgery. Patients are required to submit the following documents before the operation.

1. One piece of photo identification like driver’s license, Passport, Unified card and other personal identification.
2. Original signed or hard-copy documents of claimed diagnoses or referrals. They will collect your hard documents during consultation. 
3. Must discontinue taking hormones three to four weeks prior to and one week after your surgery.
